State Authorization and Student Eligibility

The U.S. Department of Education requires institutions offering online programs across state lines to comply with each state’s regulations. As such, San Diego Global Knowledge University (SDGKU) may only enroll students in states where it is licensed, authorized, registered, certified, or formally exempt, or where authorization is not required. SDGKU does not enroll students in states where approval is required and has not been granted.
